After earning his accounting degree from UW–La Crosse, Dave built a career spanning over 30 years in accounting and commercial banking. His leadership experience in credit, special assets, and frontline banking has given him a deep understanding of how to support businesses and individuals in meaningful ways.
Beyond banking, Dave is deeply committed to giving back. He is actively involved in his church and passionate about supporting non-profits, with a special focus on foster children, helping individuals rebuild their lives, and rescuing dogs in need.
